We started our program, which forms an important part of our Pearl Pearls Project, with the mentee – mentor trainings we conducted on December 2, 2017.
Within the scope of the program, our pearls, which are matched with experienced female volunteer engineers in their field, continue the mutual learning process with pleasure by using face-to-face or other communication channels. September June we will close our program, pearls will continue with the match with the new mentors in September.
