While female students studying engineering are supported within the scope of the “Pearls in Mother of Pearl Development Program”(Sedefteki İnciler Gelişim Programı), awareness-raising seminars are held in high schools, emphasizing that professions are gender-neutral and contributing to gender equality.

The Route of an Engineer
We contribute to the formation of the foundations of a more egalitarian society in the future by enlightening young people in the high schools reached within the scope of the program not only about career choices but also about gender equality.
Within the scope of the program, seminars were held in a total of 27 different high schools and more than 5000 high school students were reached.
