Our mentor program, which we carry out within the scope of the Pearls in Sedef Development Program, is a development opportunity that brings together female students studying in the field of engineering at universities with experienced women in business life and allows them to gain experience.

Within the 9-month program, our mentors and mentees are planned to meet at least once a month. It is aimed to increase the success and efficiency of the program by following the development journey of our students through evaluation surveys conducted during the period.

Who can be our mentor?

– If you are an undergraduate graduate,
– You have been active in business life for a minimum of 5 years,
