The Mentee – Mentor Meeting, which we organized for the second time this year, was held at Microsoft Turkey office on November 24th.
The program started with the mentee training of consultant Murat Muzaffer and continued with the Career and Entrepreneurship presentation of entrepreneur Gülhan Ertürk Akgül. Melek Bar Elmas, one of the first computer engineers in Turkey, inspired the students with his interview.
At the end of the trainings, students studying in Ankara, Manisa, Konya, Sakarya, Izmir, Trabzon, Bilecik, Kocaeli, Eskisehir, Antalya and Istanbul met with their mentors. 2, 3 and 4 this year. in the program we have organized for 52 students studying in the classroom, young women who are candidates for engineers will receive mentoring support from volunteer female engineers for a period. In the program, which will continue until June, experienced women engineers in the sector will transfer their work and life experiences to the engineers of the future.
