Dear Stakeholders,

Our foundation, established in 2016 with the aim of contributing to Turkiye’s socio-economic development and leaving a lasting impact in the field of education, has been successfully conducting activities.

The low percentage of female engineers observed within our companies in the industrial sector has been a significant motivation for us to implement the foundation’s first project, the “Sedefteki İnciler Gelişim Programı”. In this context, we continue our support activities for young girls studying in various engineering fields.

Our foundation’s “İz Bırakanlar” and “El Ele” programs carry the mission of providing financial and moral support to female and male students studying in different departments of universities, preparing them for the professional world. Supporting our youth in contributing to society as educated individuals is among the fundamental goals of our foundation.

The future of our country will be shaped and transformed by our educated youth. We will always strive to stand by our young people in this journey of change and development.
